Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
- 2Cook rice according to package directions.
- 3Brown ground turkey with diced onion and garlic in a skillet. Stir in tomato sauce and cooked rice.
- 4Fill bell peppers with the turkey-rice mixture and place upright in a baking dish.
- 5Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
