Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
  2. 2Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. 3Brown ground turkey with diced onion and garlic in a skillet. Stir in tomato sauce and cooked rice.
  4. 4Fill bell peppers with the turkey-rice mixture and place upright in a baking dish.
  5. 5Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
