Directions
- 1Cook rice according to package directions and set aside.
- 2Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
- 3Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry tofu until golden, then remove.
- 4Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- 5Return tofu to wok, add soy sauce, toss to combine, and serve over rice.
