- yogurt
- tomato sauce

- garam masala
- cream

Directions
- 1Marinate chicken breast pieces in yogurt, garam masala, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
- 2Cook rice according to package directions and set aside.
- 3Grill or broil marinated chicken until charred and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- 4In a large pan, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger. Add tomato sauce, cream, and garam masala. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5Add cooked chicken to the sauce, stir to coat, and serve over rice.
